東洋画の代表である『水墨画』は、日本の軟水と墨によって、
濃い墨色から地色である和紙の白に至るまでの、
無限延長の濃淡と抑揚によって表現されます。
軟らかな水を含んだ墨は、
幾重にも重なる和紙や生地の繊維に絡みながら縦横に滲み、
元に戻ることをしない。
それは刻々と変化する心の有り様にも、
前にしかない人生の時間のようにも感じられます。
また画面を構成する要素である余白部分は何も描かれない『無』ではなく、
気配や、時間や、心を映す『有』であり、
水墨画は色彩の持つ感覚性を離れながらも、
色よりも深く心を染めるものを内包することのできる芸術ではないでしょうか。
"Suibokuga", which is representative of Oriental painting, uses Japanese soft water and Sumi,
It is expressed by endlessly extending shades and intonations from dark ink to the white of the ground.
Sumi-ink that contains soft water,
It spreads vertically and horizontally while being entwined with the fibers of the Japanese paper and fabric that overlap many times,
and it dosen't go back.
It feels like the state of mind that changes every moment, and the time of life that can only come before.
Also, the margins, which are the elements that make up the screen, are not “empty” where nothing is drawn,
It is "presence" that reflects signs, time, and heart,
Sumi-ink painting leaves the sensibility of color,
Isn't it an art that can contain something that touches the heart more deeply than colors?
